tidi is a canvas for the things worth keeping: links, images, videos, notes, stickies and web clips. Links unfurl with a preview. Images get a caption and a color palette when they land. You put each card where it makes sense to you, on as many canvases as you need.
The AI works from outside the app. Every card and every canvas has a URL that returns clean markdown, so any agent can read it. Connect Claude over MCP and it can save a link, drop an image or lay out a whole canvas while you stay in your own tools. There is no chat panel inside tidi, and we wrote about why in Nobody is asking for the chat window.
Nobody sees a card until you share its link. We never sell your data or use it to train anyone’s models.
The first tidi was a grid with AI search. We threw it out and started again, and the story is in We rebuilt tidi from scratch.
